I started this blog because I couldn’t stop asking why.
Why we believe what we believe, why we want what we want and rarely stop to check. Most people let those questions slide. I never could. Years ago I wrote them out one at a time in a notebook. I started this blog around the same time, mostly to catch the fleeting thoughts I chase at 2am when I should be in bed. Before I knew it, it had become my living notebook, a durable record of my thinking over the years.
I didn’t have a name for it then. If you asked, I’d say “philosophy, psychology, that kind of thing” and change the subject. What it really was: I like to think about ideas, take them apart, and challenge them.
So that’s this. One person asking questions out loud and writing down whatever falls out. Some of it’s old. Most of what’s coming is new.

My Unique Voice
I’m a medical student, which means I spend my days learning systems designed to be trustworthy: clinical reasoning, diagnostic frameworks, evidence hierarchies. Lately the thing I most want to take apart is AI not what it can do, but how it thinks, where it breaks, and what happens when we trust it the way we trust a doctor. Medicine gives me a front-row seat to that collision. This blog sits at the intersection of epistemology, cognition, systems, and AI.
